The reason to come in
Six categories, straight out of your own words above. Every frame here is empty on purpose and every one says what belongs in it.
Those six names are yours, not mine. They're the exact nouns out of the paragraph at the top of this page, which is your own writing off your own site, copied word for word and not touched.
Every frame is empty because I won't take pictures that aren't mine. Your photos sit on media.jewel360.com, which is your web company's server, and a few of the file names are Facebook photo IDs. I can't tell from outside who owns those files, and I'm not going to help myself to somebody else's work to win yours. So they stay blank until you either hand me photos you own or tell me the ones on your site are yours to give.
What I actually need from you is six pictures. Not a photo shoot. Six items out of your own case on a phone, near the window on a bright day, plain background. That's an afternoon and it's the single biggest change this page can get.
There are no prices anywhere on this page and that's deliberate. I didn't find one price published by you anywhere I could reach, and I'm not putting a number in front of your customers that I've never seen you set. Every frame above takes a price line later without rebuilding anything.
The one to fix first
This band is blank here for the same reason it's blank on your own homepage right now. The difference is that this one says so.
Whatever came into the case this month goes here.
Three or four pieces and a heading. Nothing more complicated than that.
Pull up jordanjewelers.com on your phone and scroll down past the top. You'll hit a full width band of blurry colored lights with nothing written in it. That's this section on your live site, and it's been sitting empty.
You didn't do that and it isn't a mistake anybody made on purpose. It's an unfilled module that came with the Rain Retail and Jewel360 builder. The styling for the heading is still in your site's stylesheet waiting on a title and some pieces, so the slot was built to hold New Arrivals and it's holding nothing. The picture behind it is a stock photo of out of focus lights that shipped in the box. There's no jewelry in it. I downloaded it and looked.
Here's why it costs you more than it looks like it should. Somebody who's been thinking about a ring for a month finally looks you up, scrolls, hits a blank colored band where the new pieces should be, and decides there's nothing to see. He doesn't call to ask what's in the case. He just goes to Salem. And you'd never hear about it.
There's no way to catch this from the inside. It only shows up if somebody scrolls your own site on a phone, which owners almost never do.
The other half of the shop
These four are off your own services page, in your own words. Custom work and designers are their own sections on your site, so they're here too.
Jewelry Repair
The reason a lot of people walk in the first time. Then they see the case.
Jewelry Restoration
Grandmother's ring, brought back rather than replaced.
Jewelry Appraisals
For insurance, for an estate, or just to know.
Jewelry Financing
Named on your services page. The terms aren't published, so none are printed here.
Custom Jewelry
Its own section in your navigation.
Designers
Also its own section. The list of lines you carry isn't on this page yet, and there's a note about that below.
Two blanks in this section and both need one sentence from you.
The financing terms. Your site names Jewelry Financing but doesn't say who runs it, how long, or what a customer has to do. That's the kind of thing somebody wants answered before they walk in about a ring, not after. Tell me the terms and they go in as plain text.
The designer list. Your Designers page exists but I didn't read what's on it, so I've named no brands here. There's one brand name sitting in the code of your homepage, and I'm not going to print it as a line you carry when all I did was find it in a heading. Send me the list you actually stock and it becomes a real section instead of a placeholder.
There's no Book Appointment button on this page, on purpose. You don't run a booking system anywhere I could find, and a button that leads nowhere is worse than no button. If you want one, that's a real conversation and not a thing to fake on a demo.
Before you come down
These are exact. Not rounded, not guessed, and not different anywhere else.

Nothing to fix here, and that's worth saying out loud. Your Google listing and your own website print the same seven lines. Not close. Identical, all seven days. Most shops in this town have two different sets of hours live on the internet right now and don't know it. Somebody's been paying attention.
The free one, and go do it whether or not you ever write back. Google is holding the old spelling of your web address. Its Website field says http at the front instead of https.
Being straight with you about how small this is. Your site redirects properly and your certificate is valid, so a customer tapping that link does land on the secure page and does see the padlock. Nobody is getting a scary warning. It just wastes one hop on the way there. I'd rather tell you it's minor than talk it up into something it isn't.
The fix takes about thirty seconds. Search your shop while you're signed in to whatever account manages the Google listing, click Edit profile, then Contact, then Website, change the http to https, and save.
Which door
Albany, Oregon 97321
Your contact page is telling Google the wrong street. Buried in that page's description tag is the line "Visit us at 202 SW 1st Avenue." You're at 202 W 1st Ave, which is what the same page prints in its own visible text a few inches lower, and what Google has, and what the chamber has. The string SW 1st shows up exactly once anywhere on your site, in that one tag.
Being honest about the limit of that. Google rewrites those description tags all the time, so I can't promise you'd ever see it in a search result. I'm not going to tell you it's showing up somewhere when I don't know that. What I do know is it's wrong, it's about where your front door is, and it's sitting in a place a customer never looks directly, which is exactly why it's gone unnoticed.
Same tag has your phone number written as +15419261907, a raw string with no formatting, sitting in customer facing prose. Small thing, easy to tidy in the same pass.
What isn't on this page and won't be until you say so. No quotes from customers. Your rating and your review count are public and they're on this page as a number, but I have not read a single one of your reviews and I'm not going to invent a sentence and put quote marks around it. Point me at the ones you're proudest of and I'll quote them properly. No staff names either, for the same reason. Nothing on your site gave me one and I'm not guessing at who works for you.
